Residential Conveyancing

Our aim is to provide our clients with a quality service and to eliminate the stress associated with Conveyancing transactions – to this effect, we will:-

  • Provide an itemised estimate of all costs and disbursements and any additional fees will be advised immediately if the matter is not straightforward
  • Provide confirmation of who will be acting on your behalf throughout your transaction
  • Provide regular updates by e-mail or telephone to keep you advised as to how your matter is progressing
  • Provide full explanations of all legal documentation associated with your transaction
  • Provide a fully tailor made service for our individual clients needs
  • Provide an efficient service turning around all post within 48 hours so there are no delays in your transaction

A straightforward case should take no more than 8 weeks to complete but this is utterly dependent on other parties and their legal representatives in the chain but we will always do our upmost to get you moved as soon as possible.
